Please enter your teams information.  Only 2 players are required for a team.  If both players have will have difficulty attending matches,  it might be a good idea to add a 3rd player to avoid forfeits.  Substitutions are allowed however, one team member must be present.  

If you are signing up as a sub or you are looking for a partner, just fill out player 1 information.  Choose Sub Only "Yes" to go on the sub list or choose "No" if you would like me to help you find a partner.
